Beverly Suzanne Roe Baker was born July 25,1962 in Panama City, Panama to William T Roe and Barbara

Louise Davenport Roe and passed January 7, 2025 at the age of 62 in Laramie, Wyoming.

Beverly died from complications of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

She loved to travel and be with her friends. She worked with the Governor’s Department of Disabilities

council for many years speaking about People First rights. She got to travel all over the country including

Hawaii and DC where she got to meet with President Obama.

She then met the love her life Rick Baker in Story, Wyoming and married in June 2005. Rick passed away

November 13, 2018.

Her church family was everything. She loved attending and helping with the luncheons and events and

was always smiling. She also enjoyed making her artwork which she sold on her online store.

Beverly is survived by her three sisters, Bridget Roe of Laramie, Wyoming, Brenda Sanders of Bar Nunn,

Wyoming and Melanie Roe, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is scheduled for January 16, 2025 at the Trinity Baptist Church,1270 N. 9th Street,

Laramie, Wyoming at 1:00pm. There will be a luncheon at 11:30am for family members.
