Stephen D. Secrest, 72, of Laramie, passed away on February 5, 2025 in Laramie. He was born on December 29, 1952 in Laramie.

He was a member of the Ark Regional Services Community for 30 plus years. He was loved by all that knew him for his loving and outgoing personality.

Stephen is preceded in death by his parents, Glenus and Forbes Cole; his brother, Don Secrest; and his sister Linda Coy.

He is survived by his sister, Betty (neé Secrest) Faris and her husband, Jock; his brother, David Secrest and his wife, Marsha; brother-in-law, John Coy; and his nephew, Don Coy.

Stephen’s sister, Linda Coy passed away in October of 2024; to honor them both a Celebration of Life for Stephen and Linda will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2025 at the Albany County Fairgrounds with a reception to follow.
