Jeff and family, I am truly sorry for your loss. I really wish I had known your mom lived in ten Sleep because my dad, Scotty Pickett was born and raised there and had I known this, the short time mom and dad lived at Spring Wind, they could of had conversations with your mom about the Big Horn Basin area. You are in my thoughts.

We are so sorry to hear about Phebe. We had the grocery store in Ten Sleep, and how we used to love to see both Phebe and Walt when they would come in! We would have conversations about issues of the day, Walt would get picked on for something or other, and laughs were too many to count. And the love between them was just so obvious. They were two of our favorite people during our time in the community. Our sympathy to you all; we feel how much this must be impacting the family...
