Nancy Fenton

Nancy Ann Fenton passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025 at the age of 73.

Born in 1952 in Latrobe, PA, Nancy dedicated her life to nurturing others—whether in the classroom, at home, or on the sunlit shores of the ocean she loved so much. As a passionate and patient schoolteacher, she spent decades shaping young minds, always believing in the power of learning and kindness.

Nancy was the proud mother of three children: Jessica (Fenton) Perry, Jared Fenton, and Jenna (Fenton) Renshaw, and welcomed her daughter and son-in-laws with open arms: Marvin Perry, Cynthia Chen, and Alex Renshaw. She is also lovingly remembered by her five grandchildren: Brinn, Reese, and Blaire Renshaw; Seth and Owen Perry; and her granddog, Cotopaxi, with whom she shared many special moments and deep affection.

Her presence will be deeply missed, especially by her husband, Stephen Fenton, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Memorial contributions in memory of Nancy can be made via check to St. Paul’s Newman Center of Laramie, 1800 E. Grand Avenue, Laramie, WY 82070, with ‘Nancy Fenton’ in the memo line.  Online contributions can be made via  https://stpaulsnewmancenter.flocknote.com/give/34639.
