Betty J. Harnden passed away June 9th, 2025. She was born on November 4th, 1931, to Edwin J Alm and Amanda (Moore) Alm in Fort Collins Colorado. She married the love of her life, Floyd M Harnden on October 18th, 1958. They loved spending time in the mountains together.
She was the oldest of 8 children. She has three brothers and four sisters. Brothers Eddie, Johnny, Davie and sisters Charlotte, Maryann, Ginny Sue, and Cheryl.
She never was blessed with children, so she considered all her nephews and nieces to be her family and enjoyed the times they spent with her.
She leaves behind Michael and Patrick Ware; Cory, Vihna and Cale Alm, Lisa Alm; Merica, Jimmy, Jaden and Jaren Street; Marty, Jeff, Randi, Shane, Laurie and Brendon Alm; Debra L Lobato; Dubie Bonner; Shane L, Cash, Cade Haagensen; Shawne’, Armando, Aaron and Austin Ordonez;
Floyd’s sister and Betty’s dear friend Jo Van Cleave, sister-in-law Manfra Harnden, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death was her beloved husband Floyd, mom and dad Edwin J & Amanda (Moore) Alm, sister Charlotte Ware and her husband Ed Doyle Ware (Buddy), her brother Edward T Alm and nephew Russell Alm.

A Funeral Service for Betty will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home, with a visitation prior to the service. Interment will follow at Harmony Cemetery.
