Ruth Marcia Murphy

Ruth Marcia Murphy was a gift from God on February 14th, 1979, to her mother Susan Murphy in Kremmling, Colorado. She was light and life for so many and loved by all who truly knew her. She is forever in our hearts.

Ruthie is survived by her children Kaylie Ruth Pierce, Gabriel Allen Pierce and their father Rod Pierce; Maddison Rae Sullivan and her Daddy Cody Sullivan; her sister Myra Chavez (Jeff Guinn), her niece and nephew Christa and David, all of Laramie, Wyoming; her uncle Dan and aunt Debbie Murphy, her uncle Mike Murphy (Tammy); her aunt Mary Lovato; cousins Ken, Tim (Corrina), Paul (Michelle) Romero, Marcia (Steve) Svenson, and Miranda Murphy, all from Colorado. Numerous young cousins and many friends.

A fun loving, caring, child who grew into a strong hard-working woman who made everyone near her smile and feel loved. Life has dealt her many blows over the years, much pain, much happiness. It finally took its toll, and she was taken from us too soon on October 18th, 2023, at the age of 44.

Ruthie is now being welcomed and embraced by her granddaughter Audry Ellen Pierce, her aunt Judy Romero, cousins Michael and Connor Murphy; her grandparents John and Ruth Murphy as well as many other friends and loved ones into the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus. She will be missed until we all see her there.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m.  Saturday, November 4th, 2023, at The Lincoln Center 365 W. Grand Ave in Laramie.
