Paul A. Rechard, 91, of Laramie, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019 at Ivinson Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 8, 2019 at the United Presbyterian Church in Laramie.

Paul was my mentor in Lion’s Club and was so sorry for his passing. I pray for quick healing for the family.
