Leonard E. Santistevan

Leonard was born March 2, 1947 and passed peacefully in his sleep October 14, 2021.
Leonard was first to last a family man. His love for his children and grandchildren was immeasurable. Leonard honorably served in the United States Air Force. He was proud, stubborn and outspoken. He leaves a hole that will be impossible to fill.
As a single father, he showed the world what he was capable of. As a man he showed the world that he was fighter, a hero, a friend, a brother, an amazing caretaker and a great man.
Leonard is preceded in death by his father Orlando, his mother Phyllis, his brother Roland and his son Daniel.
He leaves behind his daughters Courtney (Mike), Felice (Jeff), Stella and son Emilio as well as his grandchildren; Jordan, Kyra, Sam, Wyatt, Alyxis (Rosie), Annalisa, Gage and Lilith. He is also survived by his brother Daniel Santistevan and numerous other family members.
As a family we have privately honored his final wishes as they were.

Danny and all of Leonard’s family,
Leonard was my benchmate in high school woodshop. He was a good craftsman, and my true friend. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I will miss his humor and his appreciation of accomplishment. Bless you, all.

Our children were in school with Daniel and Emilio – we have great memories of the friendliness that came from the connections at Linford and the soccer fields. Leonard was a kind person and a devoted father. Rest in peace and our sincerest sympathies to his children.
