My condolences are offered for the Starks families. I remember deploying both Keith and Chris while they belonged to Wyoming National Guard. Both were outstanding soldiers. They both took their duties and responsibilities seriously. Keith came home and established a family and a business in Laramie. We are going to miss him and his involvement in our Laramie community. My thoughts and prayers are offered for the entire family. .
