Kathleen Gladys Forest

Kathleen Gladys Forest, 80, passed away on March 24, 2022, in Laramie Wyoming.

She was born on February 17, 1942, to Fredrick and Gladys Houghton in Denver Colorado.

Kathleen graduated from Laramie High school in 1960 where she spent 4 years as a Majorette in the high school band. After high school she married her husband James Forest and spent many years working as a bookkeeper. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed embroidering lace and traveling after James retired. She was a member of the Masonic Snowy Range Chapter #45 as well as Jobe’s Daughters Bethel #2.

She is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband James. 

She is survived by her children, Peri Lin Forest (John Ranz), and Scott Forest; granddaughter Shelby Forest; and brother-in-law Bernie Forest.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 8, at Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home.
