
Elvina Mae Farnham, age 92 of Laramie, WY went home to be with the Lord on June 5, 2026.
She was born on March 30, 1934 in Rapid City, South Dakota, to the late Walter and Dorothy Johnson.
Elvina worked many jobs and wore many hats, one she was most proud of was being a meat wrapper, she retired from Safeway after 20 years.
Through the years, “Viny” belonged to the Elks, Moose, Latin American Club and the Eagles. She loved being surrounded by all her family and friends. Viny was always up for a good prank, dice game or a cribbage tournament.
In addition to her parents Elvina is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Farnham; daughters, Annette Scott and Janet Simmons; son, Jeffery Scott; her brothers and sisters, Walter Junior, Orval, Grant, Robert Johnson, Vera Weiburg and Agnes Storer.
Elvina is survived by children, Steven and Dawn Scott, Andrew and Roni Jo Trujillo, Chad Farnham and Danielle Vialpando, Sheralyn Farnham, Larry J. Farnham, and JT and Cheryl Farnham; her brother, Glenn Johnson; 20 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and amazing friends.
A Celebration of Elvina’s Life will be held from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Saturday, June 27, 2026 at the Eagles Club.
