With deep sadness we announce the passing of our daughter, Elektra Donn While, of Loveland, Colorado, on June 12th, 2025, at the age of 46. She was born in Laramie, Wyoming to Don and Jackie While, on August 7th, 1978.
She graduated from Laramie High School in 1997 and shortly after moved to New Hampshire. In 2001 she moved to Lakewood Colorado where she went to school to become Dental Assistant. She worked as a Dental Assistant for several years and took great pride in her work. In 2005 she reconnected with Damien Veniegas, a friend from her school days. They became a family, welcoming a daughter, Keelynne Veniegas in 2006, and a son, Donny Veniegas in 2008. Elektra felt it was important to be at home while her kids were small and temporarily gave up her career as a Dental Assistant.
In the past 10 years Elektra has struggled in life and we pray that she has finally found peace.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Donald While, Sr, her uncle, Jerry Egger, and her life partner, Damien Veniegas.
She is survived by her children, Keelynne Veniegas and Donny Veniegas, her parents, Don and Jackie While, sister, Shantell While-Leach (Matt), paternal grandmother, Bettye While, maternal grandparents, Reef and Marjory Egger, Aunts Diane Spearnak (Scott), Judy Egger (Bryan Lee), and Joyce Cragg (Steve), Uncle Todd While (Charlotte), nieces, Jayden Leach and Olivia Leach, cousins Taylor While and Morgan While, Dylan Cragg (Marina), Jerremy Cragg, and Cayden Cragg.
Cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life is being planned for 8-7-25. Her birthdate is her favorite date, 8-7-78
