Brayden Daniel Madrid-Ecker

Brayden Daniel Madrid-Ecker, 24, resided in Laramie, Wyoming. Born in Rawlins, WY, on 2/19/99 and passed in Laramie, WY, on 10/9/23.


Brayden lived his early years in Rawlins, where he spent time with his parents, Mitch and Sabrina Ecker and his mom Connie Madrid Walz Brayden moved to Ohio, where he lived with his Mom, Connie, until he moved to Laramie to live with his parents, Mitch and Sabrina Ecker. Brayden graduated from Whiting High School in 2017; he worked for Republic Services, working on getting his CDL.  Brayden was a kind and loving soul who helped everyone he could.  Many depended on him for rides or a late-night talk. Brayden would always stop what he did to help family or friends out. You could always rely on him.  Brayden loved to laugh and hang out with family and friends.  When he wasn’t at work, he was happy visiting with family and friends.

Brayden was survived by his parents, Mitch and Sabrina Ecker and Connie Madrid Walz; Siblings: Raymond DeGarcia Carmen Armijo, Carlos Armijo, Dezarey Garcia, Isaac Pino, Jayden Garcia, Damien Lascano, Lucio Lascano, Kaleb Walz and Colton Walz.  Nephews: Jayden Garcia, Damien Lascano, Lucio Lascano, Drae Pino, Axxl Pino.  Cousins: Ellie and Bailey Chownyk, Matthew, Julia and Kara Butler.  Auntie Aamyie and Casey Chownyk, Uncle Blake “Juice” Ecker, Tia Linda Flores, Aunt Linda and Dan Butler, Aunt Eileen Madrid and Uncle Joseph Madrid: Grandparents: Jennifer and Ed Ecker, Mackie and Leo Schneider, Sammy Flores, Silvia Madrid, Greg and Susie Waltz and Terri Cappel.


Preceded in death by Uncle Dustin Burrows. Grandfathers, Nabor “Tony” Flores and Ruben Madrid.

To Mitch & Sabrina, Connie & all of Mijo Brayden’s family.
So heart breaking to lose any family member, I can’t even begin to imagine what it is like to loose a child no matter how old they are, they are your kids.

I was so saddened to hear this news. Brayden was a favorite student of mine and a favorite with all of the teachers at Whiting High School. My deepest condolences to the family. My prayers are that you find comfort and peace in your hearts and that you treasure the fond memories. Jennie Lawrence

I am hoping this finds that Sabrina (with Mitch..) as the same who used to work @ Home Bakery, Laramie….in the 80’s……if so, hello and
please accept my deep sorrow for you and all close friends. I know how wonderful you must have been to raise such a fine young man.

I didn’t know Brayden or his. family but I do understand the loss of a young adult child. It is devastating. My heart and my prayers go out to you. There are just no words. BLESS YOU.
