Beau Douglas Braunberger

Beau D. Braunberger (40) of Laramie Wyoming passed away unexpectedly on 23 August 2022.  Beau was born on April 9, 1982 in Sheridan Wyoming.  Beau traveled throughout his childhood making friends in Bozeman Montana, Las Vegas Nevada, and Dayton Wyoming.  Beau graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2004 followed by a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2009.  Beau married his best friend and soulmate Emily in 2007.  Beau was preceded in death by all his grandparents.  Beau is survived by his wife Emily Braunberger, his dad Bob Braunberger; his mom Roxy Joslyn and stepdad Rick Gradwohl; his sister Erin Kerns, her husband Brendon, nieces Sanibel and Capri; his sister Keri Braunberger; his brother-in-law Jake McCumber, his wife Lisa, niece Allison, nephew Owen; and many friends whom he considered family.

Beau was an avid experimental chef who enjoyed grilling and smoking meats for his Beau-B-Qs.  He also applied his culinary skills to delicious desserts like crème brûlée and cheesecake.  He loved spending time with Emily and their two sugar gliders DeeDee and Dexter.  When not at home Beau could often be found playing pool or fishing at Lookout Lake.  Beau was loved by everyone who knew him as his generosity and kindness shined as bright as his smile.  He opened his door and his heart freely and will be deeply missed.

The family has decided to not hold any memorial services and ask that everyone celebrate Beau in their own way.  In leu of flowers the family is requesting donations to Cathedral Home in Laramie Wyoming.

Dear, dear Emily, We are SO shocked and terribly saddened to hear this news. Although we have never met Beau, if you picked him as your husband, we know he must have been a great guy. We are so glad you had about five years with him to share your love for each other and to make some great memories together. We are sending our thoughts and prayers to you during this difficult time. When you are back in Saratoga, stop by for a visit and some hugs. Love You!

Bob,Roxy,Emily and all the family, our sincere condolences in this time of sorrow for the loss of Beau. The last time we saw Beau he was just a youngster having lunch with his family in Sheridan. Boy,many years ago. It sure sounds like he left quite a legacy in his charter and accomplishments by his very young age of 40. I bet Beau was a heck of a good pool player no doubt mentored by his father. Although we didn’t know Emily our hearts are with her, Bob (an old pool playing buddy and friend of mine) Roxy and all Beau’s loving family. Dan, Lynn and Amanda Burnett. Athol Idaho.
