A truly lovely woman. She was taken too soon from us.

I met Vicki at a Grief Group here in Laramie. Once we discovered the North Carolina connection it was like we were long lost friends. I don’t know any other words to share other than how much this hurts. I am grateful, however, that she is reunited with her Greg. I’m so sorry for your loss. I love you Miss Vicki.

I met Vicki when I was 18, just starting CNA work. She was one of my greatest inspirations in our line of work as to how we can truly care for, and make a change in our patient’s lives. Vicky and I would meet for movie nights, one of which I remember fondly as the night we watched “Bohemian Rhapsody” and she remarked as to how she loved how greatly they adapted the lives of Queen into the movie. She was a kind soul who cared so much for everyone she met with all of her being. I know now she’s at peace with Greg and continuing to be an inspiration and a light to everyone she met. Love and miss you vick.

I worked with Vickie at spring winds. She was always moving around to make sure her residents were cared for. She was always late leaving from her shift for the same reason. Vickie was such a happy soul and always so positive. I’m heart broken that she is no longer with us. Love her dearly.
