Sue, I am deeply sorry to read of Bob's passing. I enjoyed our time together in city government. Bob was a straight shooter, for which I liked and respected him. When I think of Laramie, my memories of him are near the surface and make me smile.

Best job I ever had was working for Bob. A little light in the paycheck, but that was more than offset by the experience. He was a great mentor, and nobody has ever cared more for Laramie. I'm certain that he's already found a seat at Heaven's Country Kitchen, and he's probably already formed a committee to restore and preserve the Pearly Gates.

I had the pleasure of working for Bob for two summers mowing the lawns of his rental properties while I was in school. His hard work ethic and dedication will stand out in my memory forever. Bob sure had a love of beautiful lawns. He constantly reminded me of this, by saying "Man, I sure do love grass." It was because of this that I made sure that every lawn always looked its best. I will miss him. My condolences to his family. We lost a great man. His contributions to Laramie and the community that he loved are unmatched.

My sincere sympathies to Sue and all of Bob's family members. Bob was a great friend that I will miss very much. We played a lot of basketball together always boasting who was the greatest. Of course Bob was the best but allowed me to claim my victories. We often talked about Politics and government failures both local and national. We were in agreement 99.9% of the time. We both enjoyed Automobiles and motorcycles. Bob was a super friendly nice man that was great testament to mankind. Goodbye Bob, but Not forgotten!

  • Mike and Dee Bott

Mike and I would like to offer our condolences to Sue and the other members of Bob's family...Bob was known for his integrity. He was an outstanding businessman. There is no one I would rather do business with than Bob. Bob was known for his loyalty. When Bob believed in something or someone he was fiercely loyal. He stood strong for his convictions. He was tenacious. Bob was a friend. He always had time to stop and chat. Mike went to school with Bob and has many fond memories of the times they spent together. He shared some of those since learning of Bob's passing, always with a smile. Bob was a man of character and will be missed by many. Be at peace my friend. Mike and Dee

Bob's great sense of humor and friendly smile will be sorely missed by all of his biker buddies. We rode many a mile together and enjoyed every yard. He was respected and liked by all who had the pleasure of knowing him and calling him a friend. May he rest in eternal peace.
