Phillip A. Spall

Phillip A. Spall, 67, of Hanna, WY died November 14, 2022 at Hospice of Laramie. He was born June 11, 1955 to Richard Spall and Marilyn (Tucker) Cox in Kremmling, Colorado.

Phillip enjoyed being in the outdoors fishing and working. He also had a love for sports, especially the Denver Broncos.

He is preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother, Marilyn Cox of Cortez, CO; his siblings, Debbie Norris (Tim) of Clover Dale, IN, Michael Spall (Doris) of Cortez, CO, Danny Cox (Tommi Sue) of Ft. Collins, CO, and Carol Wright (Clyde) of Montrose, CO;  his children, Stori Edman (Brian) of Greeley, CO, and Kyle Wilson (Brandi) of Hanna; his grandchildren, Joslin, Braylon, and Austin Edman, Brendon Reeves and Rainey Wilson; his special friend and nephew, David Sutter (Mindee) of Hanna, WY and numerous nephews.

Private family services will be held.

May he Rest In Peace. I will forever be grateful to him for being the Dad and Grandpa, he didn’t have to be. My dearest condolences to the entire family.

Thoughts and prayers to family, our pleasure to take care of him at Hospice. Enjoyed getting to know you all and see your sweet support. A long ride with courage and pride for Phil .

Phil, since you stopped working for the Town of Hanna, I had missed you. We had many good discussions of water and wastewater sitting in a boat on the ponds. Not only were you a professional that I knew from the industry that we got the opportunity to get to know each other but you were a friend and very much like a brother to me. Phil, I will always remember you for the laughter that you brought to so many of us over the years. Rest in Peace my Friend…My Brother. I am always going to miss you.
