Margaretha Angela Smith

Margaretha Angela Smith, 81, of Laramie, Wyoming passed away on August 26, 2022, in her home surrounded by family and friends.

 She was born in 1941 in Welschbillig, Germany to Mattheis and Katerina (Weiss) Schmitz. She married her husband, Robert M.E. Smith on November 15, 1963, in Bitburg Germany.

She was a devoted military wife of 25 years.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Smith, children, Robert F. Smith and Michael Smith, and grandchildren Allan Smith, Sean Smith, and Chantell Smith, and four great grandchildren.

Per Margaretha’s request, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held.

Bob, I was so sadden to hear of Margret’s passing. I am so sorry I have not been over to see her. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Loved Miss Margret with all my heart. I will come see you soon..
