Heather Ann Ferrill, 47, of Rock River, Wyoming, passed away November 12, 2021 in Cheyenne.
Heather was born February 22, 1974 in South Bend, Indiana. She is survived by her mother Rosemary Ferrill of Rock River; two brothers, Troy Ferrill of Englewood, Florida and William (Bill) Ferrill of Laramie; three sisters, Tammy Hill of South Bend, Indiana, Camellia Williams of Foxworth, Mississippi, Sharon Poeppel of Lockport, Illinois; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Heather learned to embroider, crochet, and do counted cross stitch as a young girl. She spent years making beautiful blankets and so many other things, winning grand champion and blue ribbons for her work at the 4-H fair She also loved animals, and enjoyed working with horses, cattle and goats.
Heather worked many jobs over the years, including working for Johnny Hall and Don and Cheryl Sims and family. She worked hard to get her CDL and drove for Sandbox, Transpro, and G&Z among others. Heather always worked hard and took pride in being one of the best drivers on the road.
Heather was preceded in death by her brother Scott Ferrill and father William Ferrill, Jr.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Laramie, Wyoming at 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at noon. Burial will follow at Medicine Bow Trails End Cemetery.
