Betty Lou Nelson

Betty Lou Nelson, 82, passed away January 21, 2019 at Hospice of Laramie. Betty was born December 21, 1936 in Thomasville, Missouri to William Thomas Parrott and LeAnna (DePriest) Parrott.

She married Robert J. Nelson Sr. in November of 1964.

She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Nelson Sr.; son, Robert J. Nelson Jr.; daughter, Leigh Ann Jordan; four grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Laramie, 1754 Centennial Drive, Laramie, WY 82070.

    Bob, I guess I missed a couple of Boomerang's, I just heard about Betty. So very sorry to hear of her passing. Seems like I've known you both for as long as I've lived in Laramie. Not much I can say right now but I guess we all know she is at peace now. Carolyn and I will keep you and your family in our prayers. Will give you a little time before I stop by to visit.

    Uncle Bob, So sorry to hear of Aunt Betty passing. She was a very wonderful person. Enjoyed the time I came out to visit when Natalie was just a baby and all the times since when you visited the Ozarks. Dad and I commented that since all is gone heaven has it's hands full will all those kids and cousins. Take care of we are all thinking of you and the kids. Rhonda
