Me and my husband moved to Laramie in November of this year just two doors down from Barts apartment. The very next day Bart walked up to me and my husband and introduced himself and shook hands. We became fast friends. We talked of life and dreams. We said hello everyday. Bart was always kind. Never passed any judgment on anyone and always greeted us with a smile even when he wasn't feeling well. He was our friend. He will be missed. He talked of his son and how much he loved him. Showed me pictures and always had a huge smile. Bart had a huge heart. Me and my husband were blessed with his friendship and kindness. I am sorry to the family for your loss. May he rest in peace. God bless. The Rhoades.

Annetta, I want to tell you that you raised an amazing young man who was a great friend. He was one some one that you could count on to be there if you needed him and he would give you the shirt off his back while working in a blizzard. I loved him so much. Anyone who was blessed to know him was so very lucky. He was someone who could brighten up your day just by being there, he could always make you laugh no matter what kind of day you were having. We were all lucky to have known him. He is with loads of family and friends that went before him, and we will all get to see him again one day. With Much Love, Jon and Becky Tarrant
